Effective 7 October 2026

EasyTalk is a real-time call copilot run by its founder, Alex Hrechenko. This page explains what the service processes, what it never stores, who helps us process it and how to delete your data. Questions: alex@maxodev.com.

What we process

Account: your login, interface language, settings and the credit balance of your account. Early access accounts are created by us on request, so we also keep the email you sent the request from.

Live audio: during a call the microphone and, on a Mac, the system audio are streamed to speech recognition in small chunks. Audio is processed in the moment and is never written to disk or stored on our servers.

Transcripts, suggestions and summaries: the text of the call, the hints shown to you and the recap are stored in your account so you can review the call later. You can delete any call or the whole history.

Materials: resumes, job descriptions, documents and notes you upload for a call or a space are stored in your account and used only to brief the assistant for your calls.

Technical logs: identifiers, timings, lengths and error codes. The text of transcripts and suggestions is never written to logs.

Payments: top-ups are recorded as credits in your account. We do not store card numbers; cards are handled by the payment provider. USDT transfers are visible on the public blockchain by their nature.

Who processes data for us

Deepgram turns audio into text. OpenRouter routes text to language models, primarily Anthropic Claude, to generate suggestions and summaries. The website runs on Vercel, the call engine and your data on Fly.io. Notifications about new requests and important service events reach the founder through Telegram and contain an email or usage counts, never call text.

Each provider processes data only to deliver the service and under its own data processing terms.

How long we keep it and how to delete it

Audio is not kept at all. Transcripts, suggestions, summaries and materials stay in your account until you delete them: a single call in one click, the whole history from the account page. To delete the account itself, email alex@maxodev.com and everything linked to it is removed.

Technical logs are kept for a short period for debugging and then discarded.

Recording and the other side of the call

EasyTalk runs on your device and never joins the meeting, so the other participants are not notified by the service. In many places the law requires you to tell the other side that the conversation is transcribed. You are responsible for that notice where it applies; a simple line such as “I use an assistant for notes, is that fine?” is usually enough.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to your account is by a session token that you can revoke by signing out. Only the founder has administrative access to the service, and it is used for support and billing, not for reading your calls.

Other things

The service is not intended for people under 16. We may update this page as the product changes; the date at the top tells you when. If you have a question or a request about your data, write to alex@maxodev.com.
