Terms of service
Effective 8 October 2026
These terms govern the use of EasyTalk (easytalk.cc), a real-time call copilot provided by its founder, Alex Hrechenko. By creating an account or paying for the service you accept them. Questions: alex@maxodev.com.
The service
EasyTalk listens to a call on your device, turns speech into text and shows suggestions, notes and a summary in real time. It works in the browser at easytalk.cc and as an app for Mac.
Suggestions are generated by AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to say and do; EasyTalk never speaks or acts for you.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Updates are rolled out outside of active calls whenever possible.
Your account
One account is for one person, aged 16 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account.
We may suspend an account used for fraud, attacks on the service, reselling access or anything illegal. If an account is suspended through no fault of its owner, unused paid credits are refunded.
Your responsibilities
Use EasyTalk lawfully. In many places the other participants must be told that a conversation is transcribed; where this applies, giving that notice is your responsibility.
You are also responsible for following the rules of the meetings, platforms, employers and other organisations you use EasyTalk with.
Credits, prices and payment
The service is paid with credits on your account balance. A call uses credits according to the speech recognition and model work it needs; the rate and your balance are shown on the Balance page. Current packs and prices are listed on the website, in US dollars.
Every new account gets free trial minutes once. Credits do not expire while the account exists, and there is no subscription: you pay only for the packs you choose to buy.
Card payments are made on the secure page of the payment provider WayForPay; we never see or store card numbers. The card is charged in Ukrainian hryvnias at the amount shown on the payment page, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fee. You can also top up with USDT (TRC-20).
Auto top-up works only if you turn it on. When your balance falls below the threshold you set, the pack you selected is charged to your linked card, at most once an hour and three times a day. You can turn auto top-up off or unlink the card at any time on the Balance page.
How the service is delivered
EasyTalk is a digital service; nothing is shipped physically. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and can be used right away in your account at easytalk.cc and in the Mac app.
Refunds
Unused credits from a pack paid by card can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase: write to alex@maxodev.com from the email of your account. The money goes back to the same card through WayForPay; banks usually show it within 3 to 10 business days. Credits already used for calls are not refunded.
If a call failed because of a fault on our side, we restore the credits it used on request.
USDT top-ups are refunded in USDT to an address you provide, minus the network fee.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for the outcome of interviews, negotiations or other calls where you used EasyTalk, or for decisions made on the basis of its suggestions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle your data, including the fact that audio is never stored, is described in the privacy policy at easytalk.cc/privacy.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
You can stop using EasyTalk and delete your account at any time. Unused credits are refunded as described in the Refunds section.
